Sunday Run Canceled due to LIFE

Sunday's are my days to do my long runs. Today, unfortunately, things have changed a bit. My oldest daughter came home very late last night, and after talking with her about the time she arrived and the activities she was involved in with her friends, it was so late, I barely got out of bed now. I have a terrible headache and no desire to walk, let alone RUN. I have a marathon to run in four weeks and this is what I have to deal with. The beauty of children!!
